Braves Game

We will have lunch right after worship and head to the park for a 3:20pm game. Perry is joining us with a group from Tennessee. Return around 7:30pm. Tickets $40…

Teen Small Group

Bible study after worship in the Teen Room. Lunch provided. Pick-up at 1pm.

Youth Fall Retreat

We will go with the Oak Hill Youth group to Camp Inagehi for our Fall retreat. Cost $40.

We will have lunch with Holiday finger foods and Christmas themed activities. Please bring a $10 gift for gift exchange.

Sharing God's Message and Wisdom to Students

Snellville Youth Ministry is for students from grades 6th - 12th. We help our youth foster and facilitate a Love for God by service-based activities. They are designed to be fun, rewarding, fulfilling, and encouraging. Our focus is to serve God by serving others. We want all our youth to feel accepted, be encouraged to participate and want to come back. We also focus on teaching and building a knowledge-based love for the Lord. Casual & Relaxed Attire

Sunday and Wednesday gatherings are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel Welcomed!

Teaching Method and Class Format

  • Open forum discussion format.
  • Classes are separated by grade due to subject and nature of topic. All subjects are related to these age groups daily challenge and discussed using the bible as the guide to help them through this period of their life.
    • Class Format by Grade:
      • 6th - 8th Grade Class
      • 9th - 12th Class

Josh Davis

Youth Minister

Josh began working as our Youth Minister in 2022. He was formerly the Involvement Minister at SCOC and Associate Minister at the Williams Road Church of Christ in Americus, GA for 10 years. During his first 5 years in Americus, he worked with education and involvement, and in his last 5 years he led the youth program, and the college ministry where he started a Campus Ministry program at the local college (Georgia Southwestern State University). Josh graduated from Faulkner University in 2006 with a BA in Youth & Family Ministry. Josh and his wife, Samantha (Blair) Davis, have been married since 2005 and they have four children, Grayson, Landon, Caleb, and Sydney.
