Five reasons why Lads to Leaders is different…
All Ages—Not a youth program! Preschoolers, senior citizens, and every
one in between can participate! Ages 3-103, with events that bring the
young, old, and family of all ages together working on worthy spiritual
projects.
Year-Round—Getting ready for a big event is nice, but it is our year-round
events that separates L2L from the rest. There is no subsitute for daily
spiritual training at the local congregation and L2L provides the tools.
Classroom Materials— We provide a wide range of teaching materials
for all ages. The quality of our materials is unmatched for sound Bible cur
riculum. From colorful, K-5 curriculum that teaches young students to be
servant leaders, to our Adult curriculum: Courage 2 Lead, by Dr. Justin
Rogers, which helps adults step out and become the servant leaders God
wants them to be. Our Sower: Evangelism Training for Everyone by Phil
Sanders teaches grade 7-adult how to evangelize. There is nothing that
should be more important to a Christian than saving the lost!

Proven Results—The retention rates of youth involved with L2L is
proven, with 85% of participants that were fully involved with L2L church
activities still faithful to the church ten years after high school graduation.
