Moises has been a member of the Snellville congregation since the summer of 1999. He grew up in the faith and was baptized on October 10, 1981, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Moises is married to Ivelisse and they have three daughters: Davielle, Yvette, and Lissette. Moises began serving as an elder at Snellville on January 28, 2018.
