Sharing God's Message and Wisdom to Students

Snellville Youth Ministry is for students from grades 6th - 12th. We help our youth foster and facilitate a Love for God by service-based activities. They are designed to be fun, rewarding, fulfilling, and encouraging. Our focus is to serve God by serving others. We want all our youth to feel accepted, be encouraged to participate and want to come back. We also focus on teaching and building a knowledge-based love for the Lord. Casual & Relaxed Attire

Sunday and Wednesday gatherings are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel Welcomed!

Teaching Method and Class Format

  • Open forum discussion format.
  • Classes are separated by grade due to subject and nature of topic. All subjects are related to these age groups daily challenge and discussed using the bible as the guide to help them through this period of their life.
    • Class Format by Grade:
      • 6th - 8th Grade Class
      • 9th - 12th Class

Youth Group Activities

The Youth Minister encourages the teens to hold each other accountable as Christians and build a strong relationship with God.

The ministry offers year long group devotional activities, such as Hang-Outs, Movie Night, Lock-Ins, Game Nights and Retreats to name a few, all designed to fellowship with each other so that no feels alone in their journey to build a lasting relationship with God.

Perry Price

Youth Minister

Perry has been working with the Snellville congregation since August 2000.  He has a BS in Business Management from Freed-Hardeman University.  Perry worked in sales for what is now Comcast Cable, while volunteering and working as a deacon with the youth at Chestnut Drive Church of Christ for 16 years.  He was a full-time youth minister at the Morristown Church of Christ in Morristown, TN for two years before moving to Grayson, GA in August of 2000.  Perry has been married to Suzette for 30 years and he is the father of Colette and Bridgette.
